What we collect, and why.

The short version

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. We use it to reply to you or to send the newsletter you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give one, type of business, what you would like to know about, and anything you write in the note.
• The newsletter signup: your email address.
• Browsing the site: the pages set no cookies and carry no advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and downloads. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and block abuse.

Please do not send names of employees or details of a specific incident through the contact form.

How we use it

• To answer your question or follow up on your request.
• To send The Five Point Monthly, only if you signed up or ticked the box on the contact form.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and store form entries: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Vercel and Supabase (the private system where form entries are stored), and Google Workspace (email). They process the information on our behalf and under their own security practices.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form entries while we are in touch with you and for as long as they are useful for that purpose. We keep your newsletter address until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: reply to any issue, or email us, and we will remove you.
• See, correct or delete what we hold: email [email protected].

Business records

We do not collect a business's records, reports or employee information through this website.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
